User Access x

iTMS has the ability for you to control User Access when forwarding permissions for others to view and use the program. There are three levels of User Access.

• iTMS: Purchaser has full access and all user levels with the ability to assign access levels to other users
• Controlled Access: The purchaser has the ability to control what levels each user can view and use
• Limited Access: Allows limited access only in Vehicle Inspections and Vehicle Registry
• Ideal for contractors and workshop staff
  

Cost Per Mile/Km x

iTMS has an inbuilt Cost Per Mile/Km's calculator. You can use this tool on any navigation page for a quick reference.

Tyre Inspections x

Tyre inspections allows you to use different devises for measuring your fleet of tyres. iTMS software program is universal for all to use. Standard tread depth/pressure gauge can be used throughout the system by simply adding the measurements directly to your tablet or phone No more paper!

ID Tracking / Rotations / Stock x

Invoicing and service dockets are entered into the tyre registry This allows you to log an invoice/service docket to the vehicle and the tyre position every time a tyre has been changed calculating the cost from start to finish .Track each tyre with an ID number or the serial number and track their movements and position including stock control . Rotations are as simple as click and drag

Load & Go x

Freight and workshop managers use Load & Go 24 hours a day to review all vehicles that have the highest End of Life Days with no vehicle and tyre issues , It only takes one click .

Vehicle / Tyre Scheduling Daily , Weekly , Per Month x

iTMS calculates the vehicles tread wear rate and the amount of tread used over the distance each vehicle has travelled between each inspection period. An estimation End of Life Days (EOL) for each tyre based on your condemn limits. iTMS will automatically schedule all vehicles inspected each month.
